This week, OM System released its latest entry in the PEN series, marking the first time a PEN camera has been available for purchase in North America in a decade. It’s a compact Micro Four Thirds camera with a 20MP sensor aimed at travel and everyday use. DPReview’s Richard Butler spent time with the camera, and you can read his initial thoughts at the link below. |

This job can be quite interesting at times, as was the case this week. I had to switch back and forth between Fujifilm’s new 400mm F4.5 lens, a serious option for photographing sports and wildlife, and the Godox C100, a camera very much meant to be fun and nothing more. Having the two out with me at once sure felt a bit silly! |

The Hungarian-French photographer became celebrated for his atmospheric, after-dark portraits of 1930s Paris, including those collected in Paris de nuit (Paris by Night). September 11, 2001 – Richard Drew photographed The Falling Man at 9:41:15 a.m. The Associated Press image of an unidentified person falling from the World Trade Center’s North Tower became one of the most searing, and debated, photographs of the 9/11 attacks.

The Adapted Lens Talk forum has a monthly thread for people to share images taken with their adapted lenses. Our community has shared many beautiful images so far, so I’d encourage you to take a look. The one above by Alin Gabriel especially stood out to me because of the pattern of the bokeh and the colors. |
