August 24, 2025

The highlight of this week was the long-awaited launch of the Ricoh GR IV. After spending some initial time with the popular photographer's compact, our entire team weighed in with their early thoughts about how it stands out and where it still needs improvement.

The team also launched our inaugural Question of the Week series, responding to five excellent questions shared in the forums this week.

On the news front, we covered the launch of Google's latest flagship Pixel smartphone and discussed the device's new photography capabilities.

We also covered more frustrating news regarding tariff price increases in the U.S.

As always, thanks for being part of the community.
