Welcome to the 632nd Digital Photography Review newsletter. We're back in Seattle, fresh (ish) off the plane from New York, where we attended this year's Photo Plus Expo. Although in terms of product announcements, PPE was a little overshadowed by Photokina this year, it provided a great opportunity to meet up with photographers, speakers, and DPReview readers. Thanks to all of you who came up and said hi. Fujifilm X-T2 in-depth review The Fujifilm X-T2 is the company's latest SLR-style mirrorless camera. It takes the 24MP sensor from the X-Pro2 and runs with it, adding 4K video and a more sophisticated autofocus system. Is this enough to keep up with the competition? Click here to read our full review of the Fujifilm X-T2 Nikon D500 Field Test Nikon's D500 is a professional APS-C format DSLR, designed for shooting fast-moving subjects in tough conditions. For this week's Field Test, we brought the D500 to a wildlife reserve in Montana, to meet with National Geographic photographer Ronan Donovan. Click here to watch our field test of the Nikon D500 Sony a6300 versus a6500 What a difference eight months can make. The Sony a6500, predictably, has both a lot in common with the a6300, but also adds some impressive updates. Take a look at what an extra $400 in sticker price really gets you. Welcome to the 631st Digital Photography Review newsletter. Firstly, some admin. It seems that some of you haven't been receiving the newsletter recently. If you are unlucky enough to be one of those people, I'm sorry for the trouble. We should be back on track this week, so without further ado... Nikon D3400 full review The D3400 is a very modestly updated version of the D3300. It's an entry level DSLR targeted toward first-time ILC shooters and those who are ready to move on from their smartphones to a more advanced shooting platform. So how does it perform? Click here to read our full review of the Nikon D3400 Sony Cyber-shot RX100 V 4K sample reel Sony's RX100-series has always been a capable machine for video as well as stills, and the Mark V version is no exception. With the addition of phase-detection autofocus and oversampled 4K footage, we've been impressed with what we've seen so far. See for yourself in our sample reel. Click here to watch our sample reel from the Sony Cyber-shot RX100V 'I don’t use my camera as my memory': we interview Graham Nash From Lancashire to California, Graham Nash's journey has been a long and winding one, both as a musician and a photographer. As he prepares for his keynote talk at this week's Photo Plus Expo in New York, I spoke to Graham Nash about his career as a photographer, and his role in developing modern digital photographic printing. That is, until the Fujifilm F10 Zoom came along. In today's Throwback Thursday, we remember that near-legendary compact.
