Welcome to the 855th DPReview newsletter! The past few days have been all about lenses - mostly Sony lenses, actually. Hot on the heels of the recently-launched FE 50mm F1.2 GM Sony just unveiled three new compact primes. We've had some time with all four of them, and you'll find links to our first impressions (and sample images) below. Sigma just released a new camera, too and you'll find a detailed first impressions review of the fp L below, alongside plenty of other new content including Michael Clark's first look at the impressive new Super Resolution tool in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Thanks for reading! Barney

Read our in-depth first impressions of the new Sigma fp L Hands-on with Sony's compact 24mm, 40mm, and 50mm G prime lenses Sony recently announced a set of three compact full-frame E-mount prime lenses: the 35mm F2.8G, the 40mm F2.5G, and the 50mm F2.5G. Check out samples from the new Sony FE 50mm F1.2 GM Photographer Michael Clark on Adobe Super Resolution: 'An incredible new tool' Photographer Michael Clark took Adobe’s new Super Resolution technology for a spin to see just how well it can upscale images. See for yourself how the 10-bit S-Log3 footage came out.
