Welcome to the DPReview newsletter! Big news today from one of the biggest and oldest names in the camera industry: Nikon's new Z9 sits at the top of the company's Z-mount mirrorless interchangeable camera lineup and represents a quantum leap over the Z6 and Z7-series cameras that preceded it. We've had some time with the Z9, and based on our initial impressions, it also appears at least competitive with the current crop of high-end ILCS (despite being cheaper). We've had some time with the Nikon Z9, and we've used it to prepare a suite of in-depth launch content. Learn more about the Sony a7 IV Sony just packed a 1” stacked CMOS sensor into the Xperia Pro-I, but there’s a catch Sony has just announced the Xperia Pro-I, which packs the 1"-type stacked CMOS sensor from the RX100 VII into a smartphone barely bigger than its peers.
