Welcome to the 748th DPReview Newsletter Jeff here, filling in for Barney and Richard, who are en route to CP+ in Japan as I write this. While the major product announcements occurred before the show, we'll still be wandering the show floor for some hands-on time as well as interviews with engineers and product managers. Keep your browser tuned to DPReview.com in the week to come! Fujifilm XF10 review We had high hopes for this compact camera with a 24MP APS-C sensor and 28mm equivalent lens. Unfortunately, its poor AF system, sluggish interface and almost comical 4K/15p movie mode make the XF10 a big disappointment. Read our review of the Fujifilm XF10 Sony FE 135mm F1.8 GM sample gallery Sony's new full-frame telephoto prime is designed for portraiture, weddings and sports. We have one in the office and took a lot of photos of wrestlers and kickboxers for you to check out. View our Sony FE 135mm F1.8 GM gallery Hands-on with the Ricoh GR III Speaking of compact cameras with large sensors: We got our hands on a pre-production Ricoh GR III at an event in London and put together an article that tells you everything you need to know about this long-awaited camera. Read more about the Ricoh GR III The Olympus E-M1X versus... just about everything Not sure if Olympus's flagship Micro Four Thirds camera is right for you? We've compared it against the Nikon D500, Panasonic DC-G9, Fujifilm X-T3 and Olympus's own E-M1 Mark II, which should help.

Welcome to the 747th DPReview Newsletter As the annual CP+ tradeshow in Japan gets closer, we're starting to see the tempo of new product releases increasing (again!). Just when we thought things were starting to calm down, Canon and Fujifilm came out with new cameras, Tamron just announced some really interesting-looking new lenses, and I'm sure there's more on the way. Is it really only mid-February? Canon EF-M 32mm F1.4 review The EF-M 32mm F1.4 is a welcome addition to Canon's APS-C mirrorless lens lineup. It's a good performer all-around and enjoyable to use on the EOS M50, and we hope to see more like it introduced to the EF-M range. Read our review of the Canon EF-M 32mm F1.4 Panasonic's new Lumix DC-S1 and S1R: What you need to know We've had our hands on the new Panasonic Lumix DC-S1 and S1R, and in this article we'll pull out the key specifications and walk through the major features and ergonomics of both cameras. Learn more about the S1 and S1R Fujifilm X-T30 first impressions and sample images We don't often get excited about $900 cameras, but the Fujifilm X-T30 has really impressed us so far. Find out what's new, what it's like to use and how it compares to its peers in our review in progress. Read more about the Fujifilm X-T30 The progenitors of GFX: A closer look at Fujifilm's medium format concepts At Dubai's recent Gulf Photo Plus event, Fujifilm showed off several of its early concept mockups for GFX cameras that (sadly) never made it into production. We took a closer look.
