Welcome to the 638th Digital Photography Review newsletter. As 2016 grinds to a close, we're lining up the final pieces of content for 2016. As well as a full review of the Sony a6500, we're also working hard on the Canon EOS M5, and with CES just around the corner, we're planning ahead for 2017. We're expecting more details on the new high-end GH5 from Panasonic, and of course the medium-format Fujifilm GFX-50S should be officially launching at some point in spring, too. Exciting times lie ahead! What to Buy and Why: 2016 Roundups and Buying Guides It's holiday season again, which means it's time to start buying gifts for friends and family. Even if you don't have any friends, and don't particularly like your family, why not treat yourself to something new and shiny? We just finished updating our comprehensive series of camera roundups, and we've also published three gift guides, split up by price range.
