Welcome to the 612th Digital Photography Review newsletter. Last week ended on a sad note, as we said goodbybe to our friend and Luminous Landscape founder Michael Reichmann. He'll be missed. This week has been pretty busy. We published our in-depth review of the Nikon D500, and I finally got to show you that hand-built kayak I mentioned a few weeks ago, in our field test of Canon's EOS 80D. Back in the office, studio manager Sam Spencer took the RX10 III, II, the Panasonic FZ1000 and the Canon G3X up to the balcony for a good old-fashioned shootout.
